I designed a logo for new business VHS (Victorian Hydraulic Steels). They are suppliers of steel tube and bars for hydraulics. They offer quality tubes and bars in a range of sizes, and aim to provide quick service to their customers who are primarily emergency hydraulic repairers.
The client wanted a simple logo using the letters VHS with a graphic component and the tagline ‘Hydraulic Steel Supplies’. We explored a range of graphics representing bars and tube, as well as speed. I researched key competitors and ensured the colours used in the design concepts were differentiated and the style stood out.
The selected logo is simple, clear and clean. It indicates quality with the tick, precision and speedy service.
I created a range of branded collateral for VHS including business cards, printed letterhead and a Word template, envelopes, notepads, Facebook and LinkedIn banners, and email signature graphic.
